Profile Description

With the 8 years of experience in US freight logistics, I have developed extensive expertise in transportation operations, freight auditing, carrier management, and logistics administration. I have successfully supported logistics teams by ensuring accurate freight payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining efficient communication with carriers and clients.

My experience includes freight auditing, data entry and validation, invoice processing, phone and email support, dispute resolution, payment status updates, GL code assignment, contract rate management, and uploading pricing into Transportation Management Systems (TMS) for accurate freight audits. I also generate weekly consolidated invoices, aging reports, and carrier payment reports to help maintain financial accuracy and operational transparency.

In addition, I have experience building freight invoices and Bills of Lading (BOLs), tendering loads to carriers through load boards, verifying freight rates via phone, email, and carrier portals, and preventing duplicate payments and fraudulent transactions through careful rate and shipment verification.
