I previously worked in a mobile telecommunications network for nearly 10 years. My job was to provide customer support for billing, troubleshooting, appointment setting and upselling products and services. I worked as an agent for 7 seven years and 3 years as an Operations Supervisor.

I have a vast experience dealing various types of customers both inbound and outbound. In my 10 years experience in telecommunications industry, I spent 7 years of it as caller.

As a customer service representative, I have to be very specific with the details when documenting the customer's account as to what transpired on the call, the changes made, the offers, and the expectations for the next cycle should changes will push through.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
I worked with a company before where we have to upsell our products and services (equipment for PWD and cellphone devices/plans) by highlighting the benefits and features they can get from our products. Once we get the customer's buy-in, we then transfer them to the next department who is assign in closing the sale.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
I worked before as a network marketer. When the pandemic strike, I had to switch my strategy from offline into the online world where I used facebook as the main media to promote my products.
