Virtual Assistant

Data entry has been my starting job when I first work as a Secretary in a Travel Agency. I have been encoding receipts, client's information, materials, prices, and others. I am very attentive to details and I have a good organizational skill. I am also booking guest's airline tickets, hotel reservations, and itineraries that's why I really make sure that the guest information I enter is 100% correct.

In my previous job, I have been working directly with my boss. I make proposals, presentations, letters, costings, and quotations. I also prepare all the documents needed whenever we are joining biddings. The company I worked for has their own tourist buses and I am the one monitoring the booking schedule and dispatching the drivers. I also have a direct communication with the clients and with the suppliers as well. I also do airline, ferry, hotel, transportation, and tour bookings. I coordinate whenever my boss needs an appointment with the client or with the supplier. I am involve in decision-making and problem solving.

I used MS PowerPoint whenever I need to do a presentation for our clients to present our company and our services. I also use this platform in presenting our tour packages for our clients to have a glimpse of what they can see and expect on the tour.

In doing proposals, letters, agreements, memo, SOA, service vouchers, and the like, I use MS Word.
