I’m a seasoned Amazon Operation Manager with 10 years of experience in Customer Service.

I got involved in Ecommerce Operations Management because leading, managing, holding people accountable and helping company’s visionary to focus their time and energy on their sweet spot is what I do best.

Communication is my bread and butter. I began honing this skill when I got into sales, customer service and consultant roles in a call center environment catering US Based Companies. I’ve spent the last five years employing my communication acumen and relationship building capabilities to expand customer bases and increase sales for private labeled brands on Amazon.
