 I am an experienced Ecommerce VA who is well versed in handling businesses. I am also an experienced social media and customer support manager who provides customer service via phone, mail as well as chat. I have previously worked as an operations analyst who supports sales managers in the UK, United States and Canada. I did mailbox management, order processing, contract and pricing updates, data entry, research, article writing, sales/revenue report generation and other admin tasks. 

My skills include but is not limited to: UK Real Estate mapping and property appraisal, Shopify store creation and maintenance, creating/ managing Facebook pages and paid Ads, product listing with descriptions (Ebay, shopify, Amazon), product/variant mapping, photoediting, content creation via Canva, has excellent English communication and writing skills and proficient in microsoft applications: Excel (pivot tables/macro vba) , Powerpoint, Ms-Word. I have also worked with CRM softwares like ERP, Oracle and Infor M3.

Being a virtual support for a multi-national company for the past 8 years, I have truly learned the value of integrity and always giving my best in everything that I do. I believe that my training/ job experience and the ability to work in flexible schedules with less supervision will work to your advantage as you need not to spend much time training and supervising me.
