My passion for accounting drives my commitment to providing accurate financial information and helping businesses achieve their financial goals. I have strong attention to detail and am comfortable working with a variety of accounting software, including Quickbooks and Xero.
Here is my corporate job role as Accounting Associate:
- Final verification and checking of final pay computation of all TP sites including provincial Cebu,
Davao, and Bacolod sites.
- Clearing of accountabilities on Exit Management System (EMS) under the finance bucket.
- Preparing vouchers and checks for back pay.
- Prepares Managers Check requests to be sent to Robinsons Bank for check preparation.
- Releasing of last pay, quitclaims, and clearance to all resigned employees
- Updating cash and check monitoring from time to time
- Responded to employees' inquiries via email and phone
- Prepares payroll of agents (Telstra Consumer)
- Do weekly audits of payroll hours using our timekeeping tool (CCMS)
- Encoding and monitoring leave credits of employees
- Prepares payroll reports
- Ensures that all payroll concerns and queries are attended to on time
- Encoding payroll entries during FS.
- Processed accounts payable transaction entries
- Posting of final pay entries to Microsoft GP
- Assisted with month-end closing procedures
