I have worked for a CPR training company remotely for a US-based client for the past 4 years and 9 months as an Operations Manager. We started off with just roughly 25 CPR trainings per month on the year 2019. By February 2024, we cater to a minimum of 200 classes per month. I handled 13 people from Sales, Finance, Payroll, Certifications, Administration, and Training Coordinator department. We scheduled CPR trainings for all 50 states. I did job interviews, training and development, Managerial calls, daily transactions with our partner CPR trainers, and led meetings to strategize how to get necessary results.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
My last role obliged me to deal with clients and business partners daily. Was also the partner of the owner in training everyone on the team when it comes to Sales, Training Coordinator department, Certifications, Administration, and Payroll. Discussions/conversations with CEO's, Doctors, and Business owners were prevalent on that company. Those experiences made me adaptable to any given circumstance.
Experience: 10+ years
I've trained members and been doing sales calls on the last company I worked with to lead by example. Also, I been doing sales jobs for at least 10 years before that both virtually and in person.

I trained our sales agents for 4 years and 9 months on the previous company I worked with as well as our training coordinators in dealing/negotiating with CPR instructors. Both are still considered as clients.
