With the experience that I have, I learned to be independent but also a team player who can work with passion and integrity.
As an Email Support, I mastered how to resolve complicated issues that a customer experienced by familiarizing myself with product knowledge and expressing my soft skills towards the situation. I also learned that everything can be resolved or has a way to be resolved if you know the product that you're representing. I can turn a negative situation into a good experience for almost every user.
As a Work Force Management Real Time Analyst, I've excelled in using MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook, Google Docs, and other online application platform. I also struggled but succeeded on my way up the ladder by creating a step-by-step goal to meet the metrics provided by the client. To do that, I managed to have a good relationship with operations to exchange ideas and strategize on how best to attain our objectives. I also conducted real-time support to operations to ensure they delivered the necessary metrics and issued real-time reports to ensure everyone was informed about the current status of the Line of Business (LOB), promoting visibility and aiding operations in making informed decisions.
Because of that, I received commendation from several leads for my contribution to the team's success in implementing the action plan, ensuring that the Line of Business (LOB) met the required metrics.
