I use Microsoft Excel for my daily work for data consolidation and creating reports. I also use the google spreadsheet for the online data entry to be shared within the unit for easier and faster data sharing

I use Canva to make editing easier and faster. I can create infographics from scratch based on the need of the client.

I write reports, minutes of the meeting and resolutions. I write communication addressed to external and internal clients. I handle emails from clients and write replies to address their concern

I am working as ang administrative assistant in the HR department and I am in-charge of creating infographics for job and scholarship opportunities, announcements, graphics for events, and other social media posting to market our College.

I am assigned as a secretariat for the recruitment committee and I manage applicant information and job vacancy details and qualifications. I manage the schedule for the applicant interview and create reports and resolution of the result. I communicate with the applicants for the updates of their application and invite them to the College when necessary. Then, I handle the appointment preparations to be submitted to the Civil Service Commission field office.

I used Adobe Photoshop for graphic designs that are more complex and unique.
