US bookkeeper and Tax preparer

In my present full-time role, I am responsible for managing the bookkeeping of numerous US clients using QuickBooks software. This entails tasks such as categorizing transactions, conducting bank reconciliations, handling invoicing, creating bills, and generating financial statements. With these skills and experiences, I am well-equipped to make a valuable contribution as a bookkeeper within your company.

As an individual, I have a genuine passion for mathematics, and to me, Microsoft Excel is akin to a mathematical playground built on the foundation of logic. I possess a high level of proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel, a skill that has been integral to all of my professional roles. In my previous position, I routinely employed advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MID, and others to adeptly tackle complex data challenges.

I possess a robust understanding of Financial Accounting, encompassing a comprehensive knowledge of both IFRS Standards and the GAAP Framework. I am confident that I can leverage this expertise to contribute significantly to the continued growth and success of your company.

In addition to my proficiency in QuickBooks, I bring valuable experience with Xero software to the table. In my previous role, I was responsible for tasks such as uploading transactions, reconciling them with bank statements, as well as handling invoicing and billing through the Xero platform. This dual expertise enables me to contribute a versatile skill set to your team, ensuring adaptability across different financial software platforms.

In my current position, I also serve as a tax preparer for our US citizen clients, predominantly based in California. This involves the preparation of various tax returns, including the 1040, 1120S, and 1065 forms. While my years of experience may not be extensive, what I bring to the table is unwavering dedication to my work.
