Shift Lead / Customer Service Representative

I was a full time call center agent for 3 years and was handpicked to be upskilled three times in one company. My communication and multi-tasking skills are my best attributes/skill in terms of customer service.

I was a Shift Lead for almost 2 years and leading a team with over 300 agents/employees with operation's knowledge and processes. Leading an entirely big team with diverse personalities and attributes.

I studied in the School of Teacher Education - Major in English, I have experiences in terms of student teaching, freelance tutoring, and conducting an English Proficiency trainings in different business units. Training and coaching is also part of my experience as a Shift Lead.

I have been competing in various national competitions such as a makeup artistry context, painting contest, and school events both online and face to face.
