I am fond of using different kind of tools in processing data with my years of experience. I became a data analyst in Optum for 2 years and my experince in Airbnb Telus Manila for 5 years puts me alot in securing 100�curacy on all the informations/datas we put on our system/tools. We are strict in Admin Notes making sure the concern/issue is well stated, if guest/host is eligible or not with what kind of Airbnb policy. We also make sure to indicate the steps/ actions that we made and if there is any promises. We also include Next action that needs to be done. Completing our notes in Airbnb cases is critical and part of pur Quality Audits thats why we make sure it is concise and complete always. As team leader, I have a file/tracker to check the performance of my subordinates. It should be updated timely and I use Microsoft Excel where I download datas and formulate a view where I can easily view and monitor the needed informations.

I can speak and converse well in English and Tagalog. I’ve been in BPO industry for more than 5 years now. I am experienced to perform tasks suchs as communicating with our guests/hosts via calls, emails, and chats. I had 2 years work from home experience where great communication is needed.
