SKILL SUMMARY

For over 15 years of working experience, I have a SOLID background in Customer Service and how Collection works given that I've worked in a call center / BPO Industry for 7 years fromUpgrade to see actual info. Most of my years (6 years) were spent handling personal bank accounts, personal loans, credit cards, and business accounts with HSBC Electronic Data Processing (our clients are from the UK and US). We make sure that accounts are not delinquent. Just in case that customer has good credit standing with the bank or if they qualify, we offer customers credit cards or personal loans which we call upselling. Another year was spent handling Telecommunications Account like Telstra and ClubTelco which are both big TELCO Companies in Australia.

In the year 2013, I started working as a Virtual Assistant and was able to enhance the skills I've acquired in my previous experience.
