Profile Description

I started working as a Customer Service Representative wherein I handle customer requests including change and cancellation requests, waiver and refunds, and complaints with their travel itinerary. After 2 years and 5 months, I dUpgrade to see actual info to submit an application as an Executive Assistant in a start-up fashion company based in New York City. I was in-charge of ad-hoc duties such as managing the founder's calendars, collaborating, making travel arrangements, and using QuickBooks to track and organize business transactions.
