Over the past five years, I have accumulated valuable experience within the industry.
Virtual Assistant:  I served as a virtual assistant for two years, where I focused on graphic design using Canva, email marketing using Microsoft Outlook and Active Campaign, social media management, data entry, lead generation, and book interior design.

Sales Representative: I served as a Sales Representative for 1 year and 9 months. Here, I specialized in cold calling real estate agents to inquire about their need for photographers or videographers for property listings. I also managed email marketing using MailChimp and SMS outreach campaigns using Google Voice to introduce our services to realtors, alongside conducting lead generation activities using platforms like Upgrade to see actual info and Zillow.

Appointment Setter: I worked as an Appointment Setter for 9 months, managing campaigns for IT Services, Real Estate, and Health Insurance. In this position, I was responsible for cold calling leads to introduce our company, explain our services, and schedule appointments for clients and customers interested in our Services.

Customer Service Representative: I spent 1 year and 5 months as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), where I provided chat support and briefly served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). My primary focus was on delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and concerns, and managing billing-related matters.
