From the beautiful archipelago of the Philippines, I have dedicated my life to the service of others, channeling my energies towards the growth and development of co-operatives both in my home country and abroad. My mission is to be an agent of positive change, ensuring that co-operatives not only thrive but also genuinely serve their communities.
In December 2022, I was honored to complete the Overseas Filipinos’ Leadership, Innovation, Financial Literacy and Social Entrepreneurship (OF-LIFE) Training Program at the esteemed Ateneo School of Government in Quezon City, Philippines. This executive program equipped me with the leadership skills necessary to envision myself as an instrument of transformation. My goal is to harness the co-op’s products and services to uplift Overseas Filipinos and their families.
In 2013, the Association of Asian Confederation of Credit Unions (ACCU) in Bangkok, Thailand recognized my dedication to co-operative development by designating me a Development Educator (DE). This role entrusted me with the responsibility of communicating and championing the significance of credit unions in co-operative development on a global scale.
Moreover, my commitment to cooperative management was acknowledged when I was recognized as a Certified Cooperative Manager (CCM) by the National Confederation of Cooperatives (NATCCO) in 2019. This accolade was a result of my relentless pursuit of knowledge and expertise, exemplified by my successful completion of the Cooperative Leadership and Management Program (CO-OP LAMP).
My tenure at the Panabo Multi-Purpose Cooperative saw me bagging multiple awards, reflecting my unwavering commitment and exceptional work ethic. Professionally, I've been the Production In-Charge for PMPC Annual Reports and Souvenir Program since 2007. My leadership qualities were further exemplified as the P.R.O. for the Overseas Filipinos’ Leadership, Innovation, Financial Literacy, and Social Entrepreneurship (OF-LIFE) at the Ateneo School of Government, serving the batch AFLSE 13-14. My passion for cooperative development also led me to be a Board Director fromUpgrade to see actual infofor the Coop Youth Parliament under the Mindanao Alliance of Self-Help Societies – Southern Philippines Educational Cooperative Center (MASS-SPECC). Additionally, I've actively served as an Auditor for CU-TE Batch 14, aiming for Credit Union Trainers for Empowerment.
Beyond these roles, I pride myself on my technological prowess. I possess strong Microsoft Office skills and am adept at training others in system usage. My communication skills, both written and verbal, are impeccable. My managerial skills, honed from years in front-line management, have made me effective in project coordination, adaptable to changing work hours, and proficient in multitasking. I believe in teamwork, and my ability to synergize with individuals from varied backgrounds and hierarchies speaks volumes about my collaborative nature.
In conclusion, I am more than just a list of accolades and positions. I am a dedicated individual, committed to positive change, development, and service. My journey is a testament to my dedication, and I look forward to continually serve and uplift the community around me.
