Profile Description

*Warehouse Admin Officer
-Prepares the receiving plan for all scheduled deliveries that include space, manpower, and coordination with stakeholders.
-Physical Receiving - Receives delivery from suppliers and reconciles with Purchase Order for purchased goods, works, and or
services.
-Inspect the quality and quantity of goods and services according to the specifications and stipulations of the purchase order
(PO), contract or list provided.
-System Receiving - Receives and uploads the correct and required documents in the system to record the actual receipt of
goods, works, and or services.
-Coordinates the physical or online handover of supplier's invoice to procurement to support timely payment to suppliers.
-Records receipt of deliveries received at the Field/Cluster/Area Program when needed.
-Maintain adequate stock of supplies and facilitate timely issuance to requesting teams.
-Order, received and store supplies properly in the site warehouses.
-Releases and records incoming and outgoing supplies using the supplies database.
-Conducts regular inventory as a basis for stock replenishment.
-Generates monthly supplies consumption report from the supplies system and submit to Finance for the timely allocation of
charges to the department.
-Coordinate with site Warehouse Supervisor or OM for any related concerns.
-Conducting the budget management, Leasing management, and tools or supplies procurement.
-Review the performance of suppliers every quarter and recommend changes of suppliers if necessary.
-Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

*Human Resource Assistant
-Sourcing for applicant for vacant position
-Filing and doing clerical documents
-Updating 201 files of employees
-Screening and Orientation of new employees
-Monitor and update SL/VL leaves of employees
-Regular attendance monitoring of all employees for time keeping purposes
-Assist in payroll preparation
-Updating all mandated government contributions of employees
-Monitoring of office supplies and equipment
-Inventory of office supplies of the bank
-Purchasing supplies and equipment needed in Bank Operations

*Customer Service Officer
-Custodian of Bank’s passbook & certificate of deposit to other banks
-Primary responsible for cash in vault
-Supervise all Customer Service Assistants (CSA) / Tellers
-Approves all deposit withdrawals and encashment
-Prepares all issuance of Cashier’s Check/Bank’s check for disbursements
-Secures & supervise the opening/closing of bank and vault
-Monitoring and loading of funds in ATM
-Weekly preparation of AMLA report
-Responsible in safekeeping of Accountable forms.

*IT
-Maintain and repair of bank’s computer
-Monitoring of needed repairs of bank’s equipment
-Branch visitation for checking/cleaning of bank’s CPU-Installing operating system and other programs needed-Reformat of bank’s computer
-Installing CCTV Camera and monitoring.
-LAN Networking System maintenance
