My IELTS CEFR Level is C1 or Advanced.

I have more than ten years of writing experience -- from blogging, social media and web content writing, creative writing, technical writing to speech, press release and research writing.

I have also produced online content and articles and managed social media pages and accounts for GMA Network, one of the biggest media networks in the Philippines.

My first book came out in 2017 entitled "Population Ageing in the Philippines: issues and Challenges" sponsored by SM Prime Holdings, Inc. I co-wrote it with a professor and two fellow researchers.

In 2018, another book I co-authored entitled "Towards an ASEAN Parliament: Challenges and Prospects" was published by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung.

I also ran a blog on The Huffington Post until the Contributor Platform was shut down in Upgrade to see actual infouary 2018.

My educational attainment includes a master's degree in International Studies from the University of the Philippines in Diliman.
