I am responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. I control numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, project, and different departments.
Through these tasks, I was able to acquire organizational skills and attention to details which are very much needed to make sure of the accuracy of the documents and dissemination of information to different departments and stakeholders. Since I work with multiple departments and perform other administrative duties, I learned to manage my time and cognize my priorities.
I am also adaptable and flexible to change, has initiative, and extremely inclined to obtain knowledge and develop skills.
