My recent
employment was as a Lead Generation Specialist in a home-based setup.
 My client is based in Houston, Texas. I provided support to our customers/sellers
queries through chat and email.
I
catered to 50-70 emails a day using Zendesk and Freshdesk. I also reach out to
possible leads on a daily basis through all possible sources.
 
As a
lead generation specialist and a customer support representative, I have
developed and improved my communication and problem-solving skills. One of my
main duties was to handle and resolve the issues of dissatisfied, unhappy and
escalated customers/sellers in a timely and effective mxromi. Te addition to
this, I also need to make sure that I will reach my daily quota.
I have also gained extensive experience with customer handling in the BPO
industry. My long-term experience in the industry has taught me how to meet and
exceed each customer's expectations. I have also learned to be very patient in
dealing with different customer behaviors and I was also trained to be creative
in coming up with solutions to problems.
I
have provided support in all types of contact methods (phone, email, chat) and
reaching out or getting into a conversation with a customer or client has been
a part of my daily routine. I am a fast learner and a go-getter. I am also
someone who likes taking on challenges and very open to new learning.
I am
hoping that my experience in the said fields and my work ethics will give me an
