I've been in the BPO industry for almost 2 years, as a customer and technical support before transitioning to freelancing. I've handled appointment settings for a solar campaign, writing news reports for a local publishing house, data entry, administration tasks, a little bit of design graphics here and there. I'm adept with CRM tools like Ready Mode, GoHighLevel, and Avaya. Adapting to new environment is one of my strong points, thus I have extensive experience in working remotely with little to no supervision.
