Hello, my name is Bridgett Rubin, I started my career way back 2013 as a Frontline Specialist l for Expedia, it's a sales account and we focused on assisting the customers on getting their hotel reservations, I worked as a sales agent for a year and after that I moved up and I've worked as a Quality Analyst for eBay for 4 years and I'm part of the resolutions department wherein we handle cases or disputes for customers who encountered problems for their online orders. The skills and tasks as a Quality Analyst includes evaluating calls for the agents, provide feedback about their performance, weekly calibrations and I'm also assigned to do special projects for the clients to target performance scores. After that I worked my way up I've worked as a Senior Online specialist for JP Morgan Chase and Co. for 5 years for the retails department. I handled banking inquiries like opening and closing bank accounts, payment collections, transaction disputes,
I also handled escalated calls and tracks customer complaints.
With my customer service experience, I have mastered my multitasking skills and project management. If you need someone who can multitask and efficient I can definitely assist you.
I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
