I’m a highly skilled Freelancer with 3 years of experience as
a Customer Service Representative and another 3 years in the field of hospitality
as a Barista / Food server / Order taker

I had the opportunity to work with some of the biggest companies
in the BPO industry. I’ve handled a UK-based Telco account known as Virgin
Mobile for 11 months under Concentrix  and my most recent job as a Customer Service Representative was with a US-based account
for a reputed brand known all over the world for its gadgets, electronics, and
appliances which is Samsung under Transcom Worldwide for 2 years and 8 months.
As a Rockstar Customer Service Representative, I have demonstrated excellent command of the English language to communicate effectively. I never failed
to address and resolve customer concerns regarding their unit/services, billing,
repair appointments, purchases, subscriptions, and technical issues. I have demonstrated mastery of the company tools and data resources to investigate, provide accurate information, and resolve customer concerns with grace and maximum efficiency. I collaborate with other departments to take the best course of action to resolve customer issues. Based on customer surveys, I have more than 90% customer satisfaction rating month over month and at least 70% issue resolution rate. I also upsell products when there is an opportunity
