My role is to deliver the best customer service experience possible for our callers and gather as much information as possible to understand their main concern while maintaining the company's values and standards.
I also handled logistics account, where my main role is to set an appointment for our clients to make sure that the goods are delivered on as timely matter.
Lastly, I also have experience with food delivery accounts, handling refunds, and assisting customers with their feedback and complaints.
