Hi! Thanks for viewing my profile. First of all, I wanted to share that one of my great desires is to have a good client whom I can grow with and commit myself to work with for a long time - whom I can be friends with as well, not just business partners.

I've been working remotely for more than 5 years as of the date and have gained a good amount of skills:

I started my VA journey working as an Email Customer Support Representative in a USA startup Tech company called "TrackR" (at that time). I was also a former Technical Support team manager back in their team. After separating ways with TrackR for personal reasons, I've started a new track with an Australian automotive company in Victoria, Australia. I've worked with them for more or less two years as a Customer Support Representative (chat and email), Order Fulfilment Specialist, Product Lister (Wix), and Website Manager (graphics and ads). I managed their eBay store as well and am very used to processing returns, unpaid items, and other cases, processing orders, asking for credit of fees, etc..

Aside from what I've mentioned above, I'm also a freelance home MIDI producer and skilled in some audio editing software, since I'm a multi-instrumentalist and a devoted Christian musician myself. I've created some self-made backtracks/multi-tracks before and I'm still planning to do so when I have my own equipment. With that being said, Music is one of my passions.

I have skills in graphics (FB Ads, event designs) with Canva as well as Photoshop.

I also have some tech skills mainly in laptops, PCs, and audio equipment. I do fix some software problems on PCs, too.

I'm detail-oriented, observant and most of the time, I'm quiet. I tend to analyze things first before taking a step.
