I have an experience as a CSR, Technical Support, ESL Tutor and a Real Estate cold caller. With my CSR and Tech Support experience, I have worked with different BPO companies already. I have an almost 2 years of experience in this field. With my ESL experience, I have worked with different ESL companies as well with Chinese and Korean students. I have also experience teaching man-to-man and a group class set up. With my VA experience, I have worked with different clients from the US in the Real Estate industry and I was under an agency that time. My main task is just cold calling. I also have a year of experience as a chat support. I'm handling my client's business page and I'm answering inquiries and sending follow-up messages to leads.
