I was a customer service representative for almost a year that's why I believe I can efficiently solve a customer's concern. I am also a licensed professional teacher and this profession contribute on how effective my communications skills. I recently took and passed the board exam for teachers while I am working as a CSR, this achievement just prove how hardworking I am when I push myself to my limits.
