Profile Description

I am a highly motivated professional with five years of experience in the BPO industry, specializing in customer service. My journey began with two years at ePerformax, where I excelled as a customer service representative for PayPal accounts. Building on this experience, I transitioned to Accenture Inc., where I spent three years supporting the largest search engine in the world, handling both customer service and technical support responsibilities. 

Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my exceptional performance and was certified as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by my previous employer. My ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism has been a key strength, enabling me to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with or without direct supervision, given the right training.

While I do not have direct experience as a virtual assistant, I have actively participated in relevant training and conducted extensive research to deepen my understanding of the role. I am enthusiastic about exploring new opportunities and am open to roles in customer service or virtual assistance, where I can leverage my skills and knowledge to achieve mutual success.
