In my most recent role as an outbound telemarketer at MaxCell BPO, I cold-called potential customers, generated leads, and set appointments for the sales team. I also worked as an appointment setter and a customer service representative at the same company, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. I consistently met or exceeded my targets, received positive feedback from customers and managers, and contributed to the growth and success of the company.
