My job role as a Service Support officer includes assisting with Daily auditing as required (reviewing jobs, sending messages to technicians using the Auditor account if required), responding to Google reviews, Timesheets, Laserfiche entries, taking call center overflow calls, and relevant administrative duties as required. And as Customer Care Associate includes performing Inbound and Outbound calls for US based clients with healthcare accounts like FSA, HSA, and HRA, answering account inquiries such as account balance, plan provision, reimbursement process, online access troubleshooting, and card request, counseling about expense eligibility and documentation sufficiency for claim reimbursement and card substantiation, assessing and analyzing information to identify account issue and providing appropriate resolution. I create cases to raise issues or any discrepancy on the account to the proper internal team. I also do follow-up calls with customers.
