●Drafting of speech of the Local Chief Executive ●Answering and directing phone calls ●Organizing and scheduling appointments ●Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes ●Writing and distributing emails, letters and forms ●Developing and maintaining office policies and procedures
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
●Provide support to elected officials and help facilitate the legislative process at the local level ●Drafting of resolutions, ordinances and amendments ●Provide support to committees and subcommittees within the legislative bodies ●Handle inquiries, address concerns and help connect with constituents ●Attend meetings to take notes and provide administrative support ●Updating social websites and managing social media accounts

●Provide legal support and assistance to election officials, candidates and political organizations during election campaigns and voting processes ●Conduct legal research ●Drafting legal documents ●Assisting with voter outreach and education ●Monitoring election activities
