Profile Description

I have been a customer support and escalation representative for United Airlines for 5 years. I am currently a Product support associate. Because of this I was able to maintain a delivery of high standard service which helps me identify my own needs of improvement. My expertise is managing difficult cases and admin tasks. I am good at managing emails, meeting deadlines and providing support to my clients. In any case, you would require me to learn a specific program for this job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
