Organization and Multitasking - a customer specialist should also needs to be efficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, such as managing time and inquiries of all the customers/guests.
Problem Solver - if you are dealing with customer you have to be a quick thinker to resolve and address issues promptly.
Adaptability - Learning new things is like starting fresh , in this era you have to have the ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving virtual work environment.
Professionalism - this is an important skill a customer service should have, maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions, whether virtual or in person.
Time management - effectively managing time to meet the deadlines and handle administrative tasks.
