I can reconcile Accounts Receivable by reviewing company's detailed transaction with its customers. I match and compare the customer invoices and payments recorded in my company's system to the customer's Accounts Payable statement of account. When there's a floating unpaid invoice and the customer is claiming that it is already paid, request a proof of payment to justify and then correct the system

Sort and stock products in the warehouse and update the inventory in the system. Counting in the warehouse every end of the month and make sure that it is tally to the system

Match the balances of my company's records to the actual balances in the bank statement. This will determine the differences between two balances. This will also enable me to record every money going in and out the bank.

I am using QuickBooks desktop for over 6 years now. I always explore what is inside the system. I learned how to create a Purchase Order, Enter Bills and Receive Inventory then Pay Bills. I also mastered creating a Sales Order to Create Invoices to Create statements, receive payments and apply refund and credits. I was also able to provide reports requested by my boss and other colleagues.

I keep track of the due dates; I make sure that I am paying what is due on time. Most of our company's suppliers are foreign companies, so I need to process TELEX when paying them, then make a transfer from PHP to Foreign account.

I am fond of creating reports using different excel functions and formulas. I made an AR and Inventory report using the functions VLOOKUP, SUMIF, ROUND, etc.
