- Knowledgeable on Excel (Macros and Formulas)
- Utilizing Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- Tracking Shipments
Using SAP Business One and Oracle System (JD
Edwards) for ;
- Processing orders
- Updating customers regarding the status of their
ordered parts
- Letting the customer know the forecast date of the parts that they are ordering depending on the quantity and the volume of pending order in specific parts.
- Managing for Request for Quotation (RFQ) quote renewals in a timely manner using "Price Authority" or "Contract Price" and performing Price Book Management.
- Giving updates using client portals like ; uploading the receipt of their orders, tracking number, delivery notice and forecast for their orders.
- Scheduling and forecasting of shipments
- Order Adjustments/ Cancellations
- Order block handling
- Order Expedites and Special Shipments
- Stock Checking
- Delivery Information
- Complaint Handling (Phone Calls and Emails)
- Handling returns/credit/debit
- Running open order books
- Maintaining intensive contact (by phone or by email) with customers
-Actively participating in customer related projects in order to improve customer
satisfaction levels and distributing Product Change Notification to customers.
- Priority Customer/Client handling like Volvo Trucks each plant on (1) Curtiba, Brazil, (2) Lewis Center ,Ohio (3) Mexico City, Mexico, (3) Mack Truck, Macungie, Pennsylvania (4) New River Valley, Dublin, Virginia (5) Brisbane, Australia. I also work with Brunswick Boat Group, Navico Group, Blue Bird Company, Kubota, ICA South - Yamaha, Thomas Built Buses , Autocar Company and Husqvarna
Handling Distributor Clients like : Simcona, Terminal Supply, A1 Trucks, Mouser Elecs, and others.
