Virtual Assistant (HR recruiter) | Social Media Manager

I was assigned to recruitment process of a construction company, wherein I will be the one who does the sourcing and communicating with the potential candidate, reviewing their resumes, and verifying their education listing. I will also manage the HR records, including resumes, application logs, and employee forms. I also handle the employee orientations and training for our newly hired employee.
