Hi there ! 
 I worked as a Customer Service Representative in a Call center company for total of 6 years with four different BPO offices within Philippines.
I have experience in Travel Industry as Travel Specialist. Booking hotels, flights, and cars. 
My previous job was with an Airline based in Europe and I'm handling complaints. Answering emails from passengers and their inquiries for 1 year and 4 months. And year 2020, I was working in a Travel account  for booking hotels.

My skills has been improved on working with great companies. Such as my Analytical skills on sharing my knowledge to perform on timely manner which also help's the Upgrade to see actual infomunication skills which we used on a daily basis to communicate well to our Upgrade to see actual infoputer Skills which is very important part of our job to acquire learning's through emails and calls. Creative thinking skills ,we use for brainstorming, providing structured process and perspective in suggesting Upgrade to see actual infoerpersonal skills which how I interact with my colleagues, facilitating and socialization. Teamwork, these include communication , problem solving if we have issues and errors that needs to discuss with the team, include trust and believe that we can managed the challenges that we are facing.
By these, I'm willing to work with your company. I am willing to learn and share my skills in any given online job. Aside from a full time worker , I can also work as part-time.
