Profile Description

I am an entry-level Virtual Assistant who is looking for a new opportunity to work part-time. I am currently working as an Executive Assistant at a University here in the Philippines. I have 2 years experience working as IT support, 7 years experience being an Administrative Assistant, and 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting the top management officer of FEU University (current company) with everything from scheduling and taking minutes to board presentation and preparing data. My other tasks being an EA include calendar management, inbox management, department annual budget preparation, organizing company events, communicating with different suppliers, and time management. I am a very organized and efficient individual. I am trained to provide high-quality customer service and administrative support to students, parents, and associates.

I am also a part-time Wedding and Event Planner and a micro business owner.
I know how to use editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Lightroom. I am also an expert in Microsoft Office and Google tools (drive, docs, calendar, slide, and sheet). I have basic knowledge using Calendly, Notion, Asana, and Upgrade to see actual info.
I attended short courses and have certification in basic social media management and graphic design.
