Experience: 5 - 10 years
• Responsible for the overall operations and management of the provided services. • Provide technical support and guidance for all activities. • Manage and procure all cleaning equipment, materials and supplies. • Implement and manage all H&S activities for cleaning services. • Manage soft services operating budget and assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget. • Provide technical expertise in all areas of soft services. • Audit the subcontractor works and ensure their work meet with the service level agreement. • Ensure that all the sales process is done in correct and organized procedures. • Prepare quotations and follow up to get PO’s and or delivery notes stamped and signed accordingly. • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to the customers. • Documents accounts activities, generate reports and keep records of business transactions with customers and suppliers.
