Profile Description

With 3 years experience as a General Virtual Assistant of a small company owned by a couple from USA. My key responsibilities were:
- Managing the company's facebook business accounts
-managing the company's Fiverr accounts
- Online handling of customers inquiries, orders and complaints
- processing orders includes submitting the order to the designated person, ensuring that the work should be done within the time frame and submitting the completed work to the customer
- email management
- processing of payroll
In addition, I had 4 years experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager of a well-known company in the Philippines.
Some of my key responsibilities were:
hiring process including interview of applicants, processing new employee documents and training
- conducting employee skills review and assessment
Monthly payroll report
- this includes checking of employee's timecards, encoding total hours work and submitting the report to accounting dept.
Daily employee work schedule
- plotting of employees' work schedule per week
- managing work hours of each employee based on the projected labor hours per day
-ensuring employee has at least 1 day off per week
Marketing and Customer relations
- this includes ensuring all products and merchandise are according to company's standard
- executing roll out of new product launch
