As an administrative personnel, my task mainly is to encode and update records, conducts inventory of cases.. As a previous Customer Service Rep in a BPO, I handled voice accounts for two years. I was assigned in a telecommunications company as well as credit card company based in the U.S.
during my tenure as CSR, we were tasked to resolve client's problems through voice call in the fastest way we could without jeopardizing the quality of the result. Further, quotas for phone calls must be meet. Not only that we entertain incoming calls, we do outbound calls too. More importantly, I am trained to handle customers behavior over the phone even if they are not in their best day. We have this certain tool or database that we use in order to help our customers. So basically, I can use Microsoft word applications, act on emails, can make PowerPoint presentations too.
