I was an ads/marketing executive on a real estate company. I make sure that our marketing materials are top of the line, detailed and attention getter. In addition to that, I'm also the designer.

To support the operation management in discussing the current and month-to-date performance of the supported team, provide working action plans to aid the gap and promote a good working environment. To monitor team performance, attendance, and tool outages. Keep agents on track, ensuring 100% compliance to company and client policies and procedures. Lead fun and engaging activities while guiding the decoration team with creative ideas. Manage rewards and recognition programs to motivate the team. Also, develop compelling business proposals to drive growth and innovation.

For Philippines-based company: To design marketing materials for the company’s new project, such as logos, banners, stickers, flyers, the project presentation, etc. To coordinate with our supplier for the printing and inventory of our marketing materials. I’m the administrator of our social media accounts and the photographer at company events. For Singapore-based company: To create artwork for clients such as t-shirts, logos, signage, stickers, and many more. To lead the printing of the approved project using machines Mimaki, Roland, Graphtec, Epilog Laser, and the Heat Press Machine, with basic knowledge on operation and maintenance. I also lead the inventory of materials, serve as an online researcher and quality checker, answer phone calls, and assist clients with their inquiries.
