Profile Description

As an Amazon Account Specialist, I help Amazon sellers monitor listings that may incur potential pricing error, manage FBA returns, locating and responding to notifications such as policy warnings, suspension messages, listing deactivation, category approvals, banking issues and more by addressing and keeping their account with good standing. i also help them to use the feedback from the customers to optimize products and listings and act to resolve problems. Monitoring Account Health Management such as Customer Service Performance, Policy Compliance, Shipping Performance and Product Compliance. I also help sellers to protect their intellectual property by securing the brand, manage listings and grow their Amazon selling business. Escalating issues to seller support using Case Log Management. Gauging the sellers Inventory Performance Index to measure how efficient and productive is. And most importantly, accessing Manage Inventory to see all active listings, inactive, incomplete, suppressed, price alert, unfulfillable, listing quality dashboard, add a product and variation.
