I am an experienced real estate virtual assistant with almost 3 years of experience in doing administrative tasks for a software company that offers services to different Property Management across the USA to help automate their leasing process. Before I started my home-based career, I worked in a call center company for over 5 years. 3 years were spent working as a Quality Analyst and the main part of the job is to monitor agent calls to improve the services being provided. Before being promoted, I spent more than 1-year taking inbound calls handling customer service, technical support, and sales.
