handling sales, billing, troubleshooting consumer devices at home, and
dispatching a technician for repairs and installations. 
Also worked as a Customer
Service Associate and Team Leader mentoring 20 associates for Upgrade to see actual info
(United States) where I have done many administrative tasks on a daily basis,
continuously monitored Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ensuring that it is
met, and that my team always delivers exceptional customer service and
satisfaction from March 2020 - January 2024. I strongly believe that the work
experiences I've had and the customer service and leadership skills I have
learned have made me a competitive individual and leader. I am confident that I
