I help eCommerce businesses improve operations, streamline workflows, and keep day-to-day processes running efficiently.

With 4+ years of experience supporting UK and US-based companies and approximately 5,000 completed Upwork hours, I’ve worked closely with business owners and teams to manage operations across customer support, logistics, supplier coordination, automation, and Shopify administration.

My role has never been limited to handling tickets or completing isolated tasks. I support the operational side of the business by identifying bottlenecks, improving workflows, reducing recurring issues, and helping teams stay organised as the business scales.
