I have five years of experience in customer support and service through voice, e-mail, and chat. The skills I have earned have not only helped me in developing my abilities in organization and administration but also molded me to be a disciplined individual with skills in customer dispute handling and multi-tasking as I used to handle multiple accounts at once. I am also a former content moderator which equipped me with vast knowledge when it comes to content moderation.

I can say that my work experience has played the biggest part in my development as an individual but it doesn't at all stop there, as there are lots of things that I am yet to learn for me to be the best version of myself. 

I love to learn, and I am always willing to do so in order to contribute to society and to the group or company I am in. For that, I consider myself to be an effective learner and it will not take a lot of your time to train me in a job.

I have a good internet connection and a PC with competitive specifications which could help me achieve tasks easier.
