I have worked in the BPO industry for a little over 5 years handling various accounts such as Money Transfer, TELCO, prepared meals delivery, health and wellness, and financial technology. I am skilled in handling phone, chat, and email customer support channels using tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Notion, among others.

In the last company I worked with, I was consistently recognized as one of the top performers. I even got promoted to Escalations Specialist handling urgent, more complex issues and complaints.

Aside from the BPO industry, I also had years of varying work experiences in the corporate world from invoicing, accounting (accounts receivables data entry), payroll management, public relations, social media management, content creation, sales, marketing and planning support, proofreading, etc.

My mission and goal is to get employed with a suitable client or company that will provide me with the opportunity to develop and maximize the use of my skills and experiences to help with the daily tasks and overall growth of the organization and to flourish in my career along with competitive remuneration for financial growth and independence.
