Effective communication is essential to providing excellent customer service, ensuring passenger safety, and managing any in-flight issues that may arise.

In my previous role as a flight attendant, interpersonal skills are crucial as we constantly interact with passengers of different backgrounds. It is important to always be emphatic, approachable, and patient in addressing concerns and handling issues effectively.

In my previous role as a flight attendant, I encountered challenging situations while dealing with different individuals. being adept at conflict resolution and problem-solving are just a few of the ways to be able to ensure a pleasant and smooth overall customer experience.

In my previous role, I needed to pay close attention to detail to ensure the safety and comfort of my passengers. It includes monitoring the cabin (cleanliness, temperature, etc), following safety procedures, and providing accurate and thorough information to passengers.

Having worked in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, adaptability is one of the skills I've learned through my experience. Being able to adjust in different situations, handle various personalities and remain calm under pressure. Additionally, adaptability enabled me to handle unexpected and challenging situations or emergencies effectively.
