I'm Kate, a Technical Virtual Assistant and E-commerce Product Listing Specialist from Santa Rosa City, Laguna, with 1+ year of hands-on experience and a fresh BS in Information Technology from STI. My work centers on Shopify store maintenance, GMC-compliant product listings, and using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to speed up content and automate repetitive tasks.

I've managed listings for Shopify stores across kids' toys, women's fashion, and outdoor living gear niches — fixing feed errors, optimizing product data for Google Shopping, and building funnels that move visitors from landing page to checkout. I also do light front-end work (Shopify sections, layout tweaks) and workflow automation to cut down manual work.
